How do I skip a delivery?

Follow the steps below to skip a subscription delivery, alternatively click the video link below and follow along.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click 'View subscription' on the relevant subscription (you may have more than one)
  3. Scroll down and click 'All upcoming deliveries'
  4. Find the delivery you would like to bring forward and click 'Edit delivery'
  5. Under 'Dispatch date' on the right-hand side click 'Skip this delivery'
  6. Click 'Confirm delivery skip'
