How do I change a dispatch date on my subscription?

Follow the steps below to change a subscription dispatch date, alternatively click the video link below and follow along.

  1. Log into your account
  2. Click 'View subscription' on the relevant subscription (you may have more than one)
  3. Scroll down and click 'All upcoming deliveries'
  4. Find the delivery you would like to change and click 'Edit delivery'
  5. Under 'Dispatch date' on the right-hand side click 'Change dispatch date'
  6. Under 'Dispatch this item' select the relevant option for you
  7. Click 'Confirm date change'
