BSc(Hons) Nutrition ANutr – Nutritionist

Ben joined Optibac in 2018. He is an Assistant Country Manager within our Export Team.

Ben was a Personal Trainer for 8 years, before deciding to change track to study Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University. For his thesis he compared intermittent fasting to more traditional restriction diets to aid weight loss. He remains keenly interested in sports and exercise nutrition.

To date, his career highlight came in 2019 when he spoke to over 100 doctors and pharmacists in Romania about the Optibac range.
