How do I get my product delivered sooner?
Follow the steps below to get your subscription delivered sooner, alternatively click the video link below and follow along.
- Log into your account
- Click 'View subscription' on the relevant subscription (you may have more than one)
- Scroll down and click 'All upcoming deliveries'
- Find the delivery you would like to bring forward and click 'Edit delivery'
- Under 'Dispatch date' on the right-hand side click 'Change dispatch date'
- Under 'Dispatch this item' select 'Ship next working day' from the drop down
- Click 'Confirm date change'
